No Refunds
Once access is granted or a download link delivered, the purchase is final.
2-Hour Rule
Full refund if you cancel more than 2 hours before the session. Forfeit if less.
Email Only

Digital Products
Digital products include workbooks, toolkits, guides, audio packs, and any downloadable file sold through this website.
Digital products are delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your email address is correct before completing your purchase. If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours, contact hello@jayasinha.in and we will resend it promptly.
Technical issues
If a file is corrupted or incomplete, we will replace it at no charge. This is not a refund — the original purchase remains valid and only a replacement file is provided.
Online Courses
Online courses include all self-paced programmes: The Inflection Course, Design Your Life, The Leadership Leap, The Return, Unshakeable, Lead With Influence, and the Complete Bundle.
Before purchasing, please review the course curriculum, which is available on the course page. If you have questions about whether a course is the right fit for you, email hello@jayasinha.in or book a free Compass Call to discuss.
Technical access issues
If you are unable to access your course portal due to a technical error on our end, we will resolve the issue within 48 hours or extend your access period accordingly. Technical issues do not qualify for refunds.
1:1 Coaching Sessions
The cancellation and refund rules for individual coaching sessions are based on a simple 2-hour rule. Please note this carefully:
Packages & Retainers
The Inflection Intensive (12-week programme)
Once the programme has commenced (i.e. the first session has taken place), no refund is available for the remaining sessions. If you need to pause the programme due to a serious documented reason, sessions may be rescheduled within a 6-month window at the Coach’s discretion.
Monthly Momentum & Executive Retainer
Monthly retainers require 30 days written notice to cancel. No partial refund is given for the current month once it has begun. Unused sessions within a month do not carry forward or attract a refund unless agreed in writing in advance.
The VIP Day
Full refund if cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled date. 50% refund if cancelled 7–14 days before. No refund if cancelled within 7 days.
Emerald Mastermind
Quarterly membership fees are non-refundable once the quarter has begun. You may withdraw from future quarters with 14 days written notice before the next quarter start date.
Books
Digital books (eBooks)
No refunds once the download link has been delivered — the same policy as digital products above.
Print books (via Amazon)
Print books purchased via Amazon India are subject to Amazon’s own returns policy. We are not able to process returns or refunds for print books purchased through Amazon.
The Compass Call
The Compass Call (free 30-minute discovery conversation) is provided at no charge. As there is no fee involved, no refund applies. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 2 hours before the scheduled time by emailing hello@jayasinha.in.
Repeated no-shows to Compass Calls may result in the offer being withdrawn.
How to Cancel or Request a Refund
All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing by email. We do not accept verbal cancellations (including cancellations made verbally during a session).
- Email hello@jayasinha.in with the subject line: “Session Cancellation”
- Include your name, the date/time of the session, and the reason for cancellation
- We will confirm receipt of your cancellation by email within a few hours during business hours (IST)
- If a refund is applicable, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
The time of your cancellation email is the official cancellation time — not when you decide to cancel, not when we reply, not when the email is read. Please ensure you have sent the email and received an auto-reply or manual confirmation.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method only (Razorpay for INR payments, Stripe for USD payments)
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days from our end, plus any additional processing time by your bank
- We do not issue refunds in a different currency or to a different payment method than the original
- Bank transfer or wallet refunds are not available
