Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of jayasinha.in and the purchase of any products or services offered by Jaya Sinha (“the Coach”, “we”, “us”).

By accessing this website, subscribing to any communication, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or its services.

Services Offered

jayasinha.in offers the following categories of services and products:

• 1:1 Coaching — the Compass Call (free discovery), the Clarity Session, the Inflection Intensive, Monthly Momentum, the VIP Day, and Executive Retainer programmes.
• Group programmes — the Emerald Mastermind and cohort-based offerings.
• Online courses — self-paced programmes including The Inflection Course, Design Your Life, The Leadership Leap, The Return, Unshakeable, Lead With Influence, and the Complete Bundle.
• Digital downloads — workbooks, guides, toolkits, and audio packs.
• Books — digital and print editions available via this website and Amazon.
• Corporate workshops — custom engagements. Governed by a separate statement of work.

All services are delivered online via Zoom unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Coach reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

Coaching Agreement

Nature of coaching

Life and leadership coaching is a professional partnership focused on personal and professional development. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or medical advice. The Coach does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. If you are experiencing a mental health condition, please seek support from a qualified mental health professional.

Your responsibility

Coaching outcomes depend significantly on the effort, commitment, and openness you bring. The Coach does not guarantee specific results. Results vary based on individual circumstances, commitment, and factors outside our control.

Session scheduling

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. You are responsible for attending at the agreed time. The Coach will make reasonable efforts to reschedule if given more than 24 hours notice.

Compass Call

The Compass Call (free 30-minute discovery conversation) is provided at no charge and carries no obligation to proceed to paid services. One Compass Call is permitted per person unless otherwise agreed.

Digital Products & Courses

Upon purchase of a digital product or online course, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own personal development. You may not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicence any digital content to others
• Use course content for commercial purposes, training, or facilitation without written permission
• Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content
• Share your login credentials with others

Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation. Please note that no refunds are available for digital products or online courses once access has been granted. See the Refund Policy for full details.

Payments & Pricing

Currencies

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and US Dollars (USD). The applicable currency depends on your selection at checkout. INR payments are processed by Razorpay; USD payments by Stripe.

Taxes

Prices displayed exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Indian residents may be subject to GST where applicable. International clients are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies in their own jurisdiction.

Payment security

All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. We do not store your card details. By completing a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Payment plans

Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to all instalments as scheduled. Failure to complete instalments may result in suspension of access until the outstanding balance is settled.

Refunds & Cancellations

All cancellations must be submitted by email to hello@jayasinha.in with the subject line “Session Cancellation”. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, design, the Inflection Method™ framework, course materials, workbooks, audio content, and brand elements — is the intellectual property of Jaya Sinha and is protected under Indian copyright law and international intellectual property treaties.

The marks Jaya Sinha, The Inflection Method™, and associated logos are the exclusive property of Jaya Sinha.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written consent. Brief quotations for personal use or journalistic commentary are permitted provided clear attribution is given.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or its services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data
• Scrape, crawl, or extract content from this website without permission
• Impersonate Jaya Sinha or misrepresent your affiliation with her

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms, without notice and without refund.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the Coach makes no representations or warranties about the completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information on this site.

The Coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, participation in coaching, or use of digital products — including loss of income, loss of business, or any other financial loss.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Coach’s total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. The Coach will not disclose your personal information, session content, or circumstances to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

Similarly, you agree to keep confidential any proprietary frameworks, methodologies, or materials shared during the coaching engagement that are not publicly available.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
